1. Accurate ratios: compared with foam guns in the market, our foam gun's ratios are more accurate. During the production process, 5% of the foam guns are sampled every day to check the accuracy of the five ratios.
2. Comfortable and durable: the handle is upgraded and more comfortable to hold. And the handle passed the anti-fatigue test, it can be pressed continuously 12,000 times.
3. Strict quality control system:
(1) 100% plug-in and pull-out inspection of copper quick-connect and copper joint.
(2) 100% air test: Air tightness inspection of the handle and copper quick-connect.
(3) 100% suction test to ensure it can spray foam.
(4) one-to-one joint inspection between Foam blasting tip, foam head, spray gun, and nipple to test whether the connection parts are leaking and whether foam can be sprayed.
(5) Before each shipment, the inspector will inspect the outlook and the function according to the AQL standard to ensure product quality.
